The process
From your part to a locked formula
Four steps, and one of them is entirely about you telling us things.

You tell us what the part has to do
Resin and grade, process, let down level you want to run, color target, and anything the part has to comply with. The more of this we get up front, the fewer times we have to come back to you.
- 02
We match it in the lab
Matched against your target using current color measurement equipment, in your resin where the polymer matters, with the tolerance and illuminant conditions you specify.
- 03
You approve the sample and the price
Nothing goes to production until the match, the sample and the pricing are all signed off. Color chips go out with the sample so your people can check the part in their own light.
- 04
We produce and deliver it
Formula locked, produced to the approved standard, and priced delivered. We arrange the freight carrier for on time delivery.

Technical strengths
Precision color matching
We specialise in precision color matching and consistent product quality using current color technology and manufacturing equipment. Tolerance, illuminant and measurement method are recorded against the product, not agreed once and forgotten.
UV protection and weathering
Technical expertise for protecting plastics from UV light, with in house accelerated weather testing used to back up our own recommendations rather than to market them.
Cycle, warp, shrink and weight
Nucleating additives, processing aids and foaming agents applied to the parts of your process that cost you money.
Formula reuse where it helps you
Where an existing formula already fits, we would rather run yours on an established color than start from scratch. It is faster for you and more efficient to produce.
Emergency response
In a genuine emergency we can match, sample, produce and deliver colorant the same day. Call the plant and say so.
Delivered pricing
All products are priced on a delivered basis and we arrange freight carriers for on time delivery, so the number you are quoted is the number that lands.
