Color
Conventional custom color concentrates
Easy dispersion, consistent high quality and cost effective concentrates designed to meet your resin specific needs.
Resin specific concentrates
Formulated against the polymer you actually run, so dispersion and let down behave the same on your press as they did in our lab.
Commodity black and white masterbatch
Standard blacks and whites held in stock for when you need volume rather than a match.
Dry color formulation
Powder format for limited production runs where a pelletised concentrate does not make sense.
Color All technology
C/A® and CA/A® concentrates
Our universal Color All carrier runs at very low let down levels across a wide variety of resins, with superior dispersion in the polymer base.
C/A® concentrates
One carrier system, many resins. Low let down levels and strong dispersion, which usually means a lower cost per part than a conventional concentrate.
CA/A® one pellet solution
Color All plus additives in a single pellet: nucleation, processing aids, colorants, UV and AO protection and chemical foaming agents combined. One pellet to buy, store, meter and audit.
Color and CFA combinations
CA carrier technology carrying both color and foaming agent, aimed at structural foam and at improving surface quality.
CA® wax based colorants
For wine seal and candle applications, available with food contact or wick flow considerations depending on the product.
Additives
Chemical foaming agents
Premium foaming agents manufactured for more than twenty years for injection molding and extrusion, sold under the Endex International and iD Additives trade names.
Endothermic
Finer cell structure and better surface appearance, with the gas release profile matched to your process window.
Exothermic
Higher gas yield where weight reduction is the priority.
Combination
Blended systems where neither chemistry on its own gives the cell structure and cycle you are after. Custom CFA design is done in partnership with Innovative Development, Inc.
